One draw, multiple national operators
EuroMillions is a shared draw, yet tickets are sold by participating national lotteries. Online-account requirements and location rules can therefore differ by country.
Courier access
Some third-party services arrange ticket purchases in a participating country and provide a scan. That is not the same as holding an official account with the national lottery.
What to check
Confirm the country in which the ticket is purchased, the courier's custody process, prize-claim arrangements and your own legal eligibility.
Avoid generic claims
A page saying 'anyone can play from anywhere' is too broad. Eligibility should be treated as a current, jurisdiction-specific fact.
