TheLotter describes itself as an independent lottery messenger service: the customer selects a lottery and numbers, and the service arranges an official ticket purchase through an authorised representative, subject to its terms and location rules.

1. Choose an available lottery

The available games and payment methods shown to a customer can depend on location. Before ordering, check that the service accepts customers in your jurisdiction and that the underlying lottery rules do not prohibit the arrangement.

2. Select numbers and place the order

TheLotter says a customer selects the draw and numbers through its website or app and confirms the order using an available payment method.

3. A representative purchases the ticket

Under TheLotter's published lottery messenger model, an authorised representative purchases an official ticket through a local retail channel. TheLotter is not the operator of the underlying lottery.

4. A scan is associated with the account

TheLotter says scanned ticket information is stored in the customer's account. For paper-ticket games, the original ticket and its custody remain important for prize validation and large-prize procedures.

5. Results and winnings

The service monitors results and its terms describe how winnings are credited or handled. Large prizes can involve identity verification, original-ticket handling and direct interaction with the lottery or local agents.

6. Verification can be required

TheLotter's current terms allow identity, address, payment-method and source-of-funds checks. These checks can affect withdrawals and should be understood before depositing.

What the model does not change

Using a courier does not improve lottery odds and does not override the rules of the lottery or the law that applies where the customer is located.
